Come Unto Me.

To whom it may concern: Did you know that God cares? He cares whether you live or die. He cares whether you come to Him or not. He understands your pain, whether you believe in Him or not. Do you know how to be saved? “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.  For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:10-13 -UoB

Giving God the Praise that is Due.

Worship is an integral part in a believer’s walk with the Lord. The desire to praise Him should come naturally after taking that step of faith in deliverance from one’s past life. Not only are the sounds of our praise desired from God, they are loved and appreciated by the Lord above more than we, as believers, could ever comprehend. Not once, will God ever force the act of worship upon us; it is to be a natural action, stemming from the awe we hold for Him and all He has done for us. Never, as believers will He present an act that would not benefit us, in some way. The art of worshipping the Lord, gives us an incomparable opportunity to step into His presence…draw closer to Him…hear His voice…feel Him inside of us, working. “Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; Worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭29‬:‭2‬ ‭KJV‬‬ -UoB

The Truth Behind Accepting Jesus Christ Into Your Life.

Accepting Jesus as one’s Savior is the One and Only way. There is not a dramatic flare that is added to  the process. It is a simple transition between shedding the old and emerging with the new. Some people take advantage of this concept. In their minds, it is more of a “say a few words and I get to go to heaven”. Which we know, as believers, is far from the case.  God does offer the free gift of salvation, yes! Simply, too. (Praise God) However, does He also expect for that individual to be a willing vessel for anything He needs him to do during his time here on Earth? Absolutely, yes! Faith based salvation. Works based life. Not to be mistaken with saying, “works get you into heaven”, because they certainly do not. There is no fooling the Creator of the universe. God knows who means what they say, and who doesn’t. There are MANY individuals who strictly spew words from their mouths, knowing it means absolutely nothing to them. It simply looks “good” to the onlookers....

Salvation Is Not Given Without Its Challenges.

As Believers, we are required by God’s Word to accept Jesus as our Savior and make God our King. In doing so, one’s Salvation Story is set in motion. After praying for forgiveness of any and all sin that has plagued the believer’s life, they will then ask for remission of such sin; and be held accountable for any action they take in the future, that is against God’s Will. Following this, a public declaration must be made in order to state to those around the sinner that they no longer wish to live by the ways of the world, but by the way of the Lord. God has only provided One Way for the sinner to become His Child, by prayer to salvation paired with water baptism. This will solidify one’s place in the Kingdom of God without fail. Next comes the act of living itself. God never intended for life of the average believer to be simple. Because this is so, He provided His children with a guide for everyday they spend on Earth, the Bible. This is brought to us, in this day and age by wa...

God Saves Those Who Want To Be Saved.

God the Father sent His Only Son down to His Earth in order to make the way to Heaven simple and straightforward for all. In order to do this, a sacrifice would have to be made, a blood sacrifice. This was the only path that could be taken for our ‘Way to Salvation’ to be made. As a result, Jesus, our Savior, surrendered His life in order to bare our sins (past, present, and future) on a cross. God made the most difficult decision that day, putting the lives of many in the Hands of His Son; but He did it. He did it for us. He did it for His children. I am forever thankful for that sacrifice, and choose to serve Him daily in return. • “Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬ -UoB

Please, Do Not Fail Him.

God is beyond good to us, in the good times and bad, God is there to provide for us. He has all things planned ahead for us. We have no reason to fear, for He is the one in control. Not one individual can escape His grasp when called by God to perform a good work in Him and Him alone. Our Father in heaven has love for us like no other. No person will ever be able to love us like our Father truly does. There is no deceit that exits His mouth. There is no pain that comes without His promises. There is no reason to doubt His will for us, when there are so many people that need to know His love. People still have no idea how to have the Lord in their life. God would have no greater joy than to grab them, and use them; yet, they do not reach out. There is a sad truth to all of this. Not everyone will be saved, most know this already. Not every individual will enter into the Heavenly home He prepared for us as Believers in Christ. God knows our hearts, He knows who loves Him, He knows ...
