Salvation Is Not Given Without Its Challenges.
As Believers, we are required by God’s Word to accept Jesus as our Savior and make God our King. In doing so, one’s Salvation Story is set in motion.
After praying for forgiveness of any and all sin that has plagued the believer’s life, they will then ask for remission of such sin; and be held accountable for any action they take in the future, that is against God’s Will.
Following this, a public declaration must be made in order to state to those around the sinner that they no longer wish to live by the ways of the world, but by the way of the Lord. God has only provided One Way for the sinner to become His Child, by prayer to salvation paired with water baptism. This will solidify one’s place in the Kingdom of God without fail.
Next comes the act of living itself. God never intended for life of the average believer to be simple. Because this is so, He provided His children with a guide for everyday they spend on Earth, the Bible. This is brought to us, in this day and age by way of the Authorized King James Version.
Not one version of God’s Written Word is entirely accurate, only the original manuscripts would state what He employed His disciples to originally pen. Since those are not readily available, nor in a language that the mass population can translate with ease, the Authorized King James Version is and will forever be, the closest translation we have of the Infallible Word of God.
Finally, work is what is expected of us after becoming the Children of God. Having ourselves ready, willing, and available to Him for whatever task needs to be done.
The Bible states, “…faith without works is dead…” (James 2:26) What will we have to show for our faith without doing actual work? He may require a lot of work, He may only ask for an iota of effort. Either way, it is still a job that the God of all creation assigned the believer to do, and do to the best of their ability.
Faith based salvation. Works based life. Be a willing vessel.
Amen.

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”
